Please read this agreement carefully before registering, depositing funds, placing a wager or using any service available through the Website.

1. Scope of this agreement

1.1 Website operator

The website www.justcasinoaussie.com, referred to in this agreement as “JustCasino”, the “Brand”, the “Casino”, the “Website”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”, is operated by Just Entertainment B.V.

Just Entertainment B.V. is registered under number 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. The Website operates under authorization from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, licence number OGL/2024/164/0246.

1.2 Acceptance of the rules

By creating an account, accessing the Website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement.

1.3 Changes to the agreement

The Company may revise these rules when necessary. Updated terms become applicable in accordance with the version published on the Website.

1.4 Governing language

The current international English edition is the controlling version of this agreement. Where another language edition differs from the English text, the English wording will apply.

If a court or another competent body determines that one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

1.5 Time limit for claims

Any claim or legal action connected with this agreement or a service provided by the Company must be brought within one year from the date on which the relevant claim arose.

1.6 No transfer of rights or claims

You may not assign, sell, pledge, gift, transfer or otherwise dispose of any right or claim arising from this agreement, use of the Website or participation in the games without the Company’s prior approval.

This restriction is intended to operate as a non-transferability provision under Article 83, paragraph 2, Book 3 of the Civil Code of Curaçao.

It applies to all assets and rights connected with an account, including account ownership, deposits, winnings, wagers, balances, legal claims, commercial claims and any other item of value.

Prohibited arrangements include assignment, encumbrance, brokerage, usufruct, hypothecation, fiduciary transfer, trading, gifting or any comparable arrangement involving another person, company or legal entity.

2. Allocation of responsibilities

2.1 Parties to the agreement

The Company provides the Website, games, betting products, payment functions and related entertainment services.

The user, player or account holder is the individual who registers and uses those services. This agreement forms a binding contract between the Company and each user.

2.2 Risk of financial loss

Games of chance and betting involve a real possibility of losing money. By using the Website, you accept this risk and acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for losses resulting from your participation.

2.3 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, expenses or damage arising from access to the Website, use of its services or participation in games.

You agree to protect and indemnify the Company, its management, employees, partners and service providers against claims, costs, liabilities, losses or expenses caused by your use of the Website or breach of this agreement.

2.4 Technical availability

The Company is not responsible for device failures, software faults, interrupted internet access, network instability or other technical problems that prevent access or disrupt a gaming session.

The Website and its software are provided without a guarantee that they will satisfy every purpose, remain continuously available or operate without errors.

2.5 Information from support

Guidance supplied by customer support is intended to explain procedures and assist users. It does not amend, replace or waive any part of this agreement.

Each user remains responsible for reading and following the rules published on the Website.

2.6 Determination of breaches

The Company may determine, at its discretion, whether a user has breached these rules and may apply the measures described in this agreement.

3. Geographic access restrictions

3.1 Local-law responsibility

The Website may only be used from countries and territories where online gambling is legally permitted.

By registering and accepting this agreement, you confirm that your use of the services is lawful under the rules that apply in your location. You are solely responsible for checking those requirements.

3.2 Payments made in breach of restrictions

If you access the Website or make a payment from a prohibited jurisdiction, the Company does not guarantee that the payment will be refunded.

4. Game access and settlement rules

4.1 Understanding game rules

By using a game, you confirm that you understand its rules, features, payout structure and applicable conditions.

4.2 Regional game limitations

Individual games may be blocked in certain jurisdictions because of restrictions imposed by the relevant software provider. These restrictions may be changed without prior notice.

4.3 Changes to games and events

The Company may add, suspend, modify or remove any game, market or event offered through the Website.

4.4 Bonus-related exclusions

Certain games may be unavailable or excluded from play while an active bonus is attached to the account.

4.5 Incorrect wagers or payments

When a wager, bet or payment is accepted because of an obvious technical, pricing, data or human error, the Company may cancel the affected transaction.

The Company may also correct the mistake by recalculating or resettling the wager using the terms that should reasonably have applied when it was placed.

5. Additional rules for sports betting

5.1 Acceptance of wagers

Every wager is subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet may be declined, limited or cancelled where necessary, including after initial acceptance, to protect market integrity or correct an error.

5.2 Odds and pricing errors

Odds may change at any time before a bet is formally accepted.

If incorrect odds are caused by a technical fault, pricing issue, human mistake or inaccurate data feed, the Company may void the wager, cancel it or settle it again using the correct price.

This right applies even when the wager has already been confirmed, settled or paid.

A bet accepted after an event started may be voided if its acceptance resulted from latency, transmission delay, technical failure or inaccurate event data.

5.3 Postponed, abandoned or changed events

If an event is postponed, cancelled, abandoned or materially changed, affected bets may be voided or settled under the Company’s internal betting rules.

Participant-specific markets may be void where the named participant does not start or fails to complete the event, unless the market rules state otherwise.

5.4 Official results

Bets are settled using data sources selected by the Company. The Company may resolve conflicts between sources, delay settlement while information is reviewed and determine the official result used for payment.

Settlement decisions made under these rules are final and binding.

5.5 Integrity concerns

The Company may restrict or void wagers where it reasonably suspects event manipulation, use of confidential information, insider betting or unusual betting activity.

These measures may be applied even when an event result has already been officially confirmed.

5.6 Void selections in combined wagers

If one selection in an accumulator or combination is void, the remaining valid selections may be used to recalculate the bet.

When every selection is void, the full wager will also be treated as void.

5.7 Betting and winning limits

The Company may set maximum stakes, maximum returns and market-specific limits. These restrictions may differ from the withdrawal and profit limits stated elsewhere in this agreement.

6. Account creation and permitted use

6.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age imposed by the law that applies in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Accuracy of account details

All personal information entered during registration must be genuine, complete and accurate. You must update your account when relevant details change.

6.3 User declarations

By applying for an account, you confirm that:

  • You are a natural person.
  • You are acting for yourself, in good faith and not on behalf of another person, business, organisation or interest.
  • You are not subject to a legal or cognitive limitation that prevents you from entering this agreement.
  • Your use of the Website is lawful in your country of residence and is not otherwise prohibited.
  • You are not identified, diagnosed or self-identified as a problem or compulsive gambler.
  • You are not included, voluntarily or involuntarily, in an exclusion register or restricted-player database.
  • You will not use systems, software, strategies or information intended to exploit, damage or misuse the Website or its providers.
  • You will not use the account for criminal, unlawful or irregular activity.
  • You will use the Website for personal entertainment rather than commercial activity or guaranteed income.
  • You satisfy all other eligibility conditions contained in this agreement.

6.4 Security requirements

An account is valid only when it satisfies the Company’s internal registration and security requirements.

Those requirements may be updated and may also be applied to accounts created before the change.

6.5 Personal control of the account

You must not allow another person or organisation to access or use your account.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices and account access. Logins, uploads, messages, wagers, payments and all other actions made through the account will be treated as your responsibility.

Every action must be performed for the benefit of the person whose verified details are registered on the account.

6.6 One account per player

Each individual may register only one account. This restriction applies regardless of whether a previous account is open, closed, suspended or inactive, unless the Company has expressly instructed otherwise.

6.7 Connected accounts

Where several accounts are considered connected through identity, ownership or control, a measure applied to one account may also be applied to every account in the connected group.

6.8 Supported currencies and networks

Payments must use currencies and cryptocurrency networks supported by the Website.

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by sending funds in an unsupported currency or through an unsupported network.

The Company may assist with locating a missing deposit and may charge a reasonable service fee when recovery requires additional work.

6.9 No banking service

The Company is not a bank or financial institution. Account balances do not earn interest, and the Website does not provide currency exchange or investment services.

6.10 Inactive accounts

An account may be classified as dormant when there has been no login, transaction or other activity for at least 120 days.

While a dormant account has a positive balance, the Company may deduct a monthly administration charge of EUR 10 or the equivalent amount in the account currency.

By accepting this agreement, you authorize the charge to be taken at the beginning of the month following the date on which the account became dormant.

6.11 Incorrect credits

Money, bonuses or winnings added to an account by mistake remain the property of the Company and may be removed.

This includes errors caused by software faults, incorrect pay tables, human mistakes or other processing problems.

If incorrectly credited funds have already been withdrawn or spent, the outstanding amount may be treated as a debt and recovered from any account connected with the same user.

6.12 Suspension or closure

The Company may suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at its discretion and may do so without advance notice.

The Company may limit the explanation supplied to the user. Where a breach or bad-faith conduct is identified, related deposits, bonuses, balances or winnings may be withheld or voided.

The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from measures applied under this clause.

7. Identity and account checks

7.1 Verification requests

The Company may request verification at any stage to satisfy legal, regulatory, security, payment or fraud-prevention requirements.

7.2 Authorization to perform checks

You authorize the Company and its service providers to carry out identity, document, credit and other checks reasonably required for account verification.

7.3 Additional verification

A previously completed review does not prevent the Company from requesting further checks.

Additional requests may include new documents, alternative documents, clearer copies, updated records or other verification methods.

7.4 Duty to cooperate

You must provide information and documentation reasonably requested during a verification or security review.

7.5 Unverifiable accounts

An account may be classified as unverifiable when the user does not respond, does not provide updates, fails to upload documents or repeatedly refuses to complete the required procedure.

An unverifiable account may be suspended. Bonuses and winnings may be cancelled, and account funds may be withheld from payment.

8. Deposit conditions

8.1 Minimum deposit

Every payment method is subject to the minimum deposit shown on the Payments page or in the cashier.

Sending less than the stated minimum may cause the payment to fail, remain uncredited or become unrecoverable. The Company is not liable for an unsuccessful transaction caused by failure to follow the displayed limit.

8.2 Unlawful funds

Deposits connected with criminal activity, fraud or another breach of this agreement may be retained by the Company.

8.3 Deposit wagering requirement

Each deposit is subject to a three-times wagering requirement. Before withdrawing funds connected with a deposit, you must place qualifying wagers totalling at least three times the deposited amount.

A withdrawal containing funds that have not met this requirement may be declined or may incur a processing charge.

8.4 Cryptocurrency deposit limits

Deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency transactions.

8.5 Payment method ownership

You may only use a payment method that can be shown to belong to the verified account holder.

The Company is not responsible for funds deposited from or withdrawn to a bank account, card, wallet or other payment instrument registered to another person.

9. Withdrawal conditions

9.1 Minimum withdrawal

Each withdrawal option is subject to the minimum amount displayed on the Payments page or in the cashier. Requests below that amount may be rejected.

9.2 Checks before payment

Before processing a withdrawal, the Company may require account verification and may review the request under its security and anti-fraud procedures.

9.3 Payment holds and rejected requests

A refund or withdrawal may remain on hold while verification or security checks are completed.

If the user has breached this agreement or applicable bonus rules, the withdrawal may be refused, winnings may be partly or fully cancelled and the account may be closed.

9.6 Exchange-rate source

Exchange-rate information may be taken from XE.com or another reputable provider. The applicable average rate is based on the relevant UTC calendar day.

9.7 Requests above the limit

When a requested withdrawal exceeds an applicable limit, the Company may divide the payment into instalments or return the excess amount to the account balance.

9.8 Maximum daily profit

The maximum cumulative profit during one UTC calendar day is USD 50,000 or its equivalent in another supported currency or cryptocurrency.

Profit above this threshold, including an excess amount carried into a later day, may be voided at the Company’s discretion.

9.9 Special limits

Standard withdrawal and daily-profit limits apply at all times unless different limits are expressly stated for a promotion, event, individual offer or VIP arrangement.

9.10 Cryptocurrency wallet details

You are solely responsible for checking the cryptocurrency address and network entered for a withdrawal.

The Company is not liable for funds lost because of incorrect wallet information.

9.11 Taxes and statutory charges

You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax, duty or other charge imposed on winnings under the law of your jurisdiction.

9.12 Bank transfer delays

Bank withdrawals may occasionally be delayed or reduced by charges imposed by intermediary banks. The Company is not responsible for those external delays or costs.

9.13 Payment-provider limits

A payment provider may impose separate transaction limits in addition to the limits established by the Website.

9.14 Currency conversion differences

The amount received or charged in your local currency may differ from the value shown at the time of the transaction because of conversion performed by a bank, card issuer or payment processor.

The Company is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or additional conversion costs imposed by third parties.

10. Prohibited conduct and enforcement

10.1 Activities that are not permitted

The Company uses security and monitoring systems to identify conduct that is fraudulent, unfair, unlawful or otherwise unauthorized.

Prohibited behaviour includes, without limitation:

  • Failing to meet registration or verification requirements.
  • Attempting to bypass restrictions applied by the user or the Company.
  • Identity fraud, impersonation, document forgery or submission of false information.
  • Payment fraud, chargebacks, denial of authorized payments, money laundering or use of stolen payment details.
  • Funding an account through another person’s payment method.
  • Depositing proceeds of crime or other unauthorized funds.
  • Cooperating with other users, accounts or outside parties to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using software, automation or strategies designed to manipulate products or outcomes.
  • Exploiting bugs, loopholes, errors, website functions or software weaknesses.
  • Betting on manipulated events or using confidential or insider information.
  • Misusing bonuses or breaching separate promotional rules.
  • Conducting fraudulent activity against another operator or organisation.
  • Using public communication channels dishonestly or for defamation.
  • Becoming bankrupt under the law of the user’s country of residence.
  • Any other breach of this agreement, whether or not specifically listed above.

10.2 Third-party funding

An account must not be funded through a payment instrument owned by another person or organisation.

This includes payment methods belonging to relatives, friends, employers or businesses, even where the owner has given permission.

You may not receive money from another person for the purpose of using the Website or placing wagers on that person’s behalf.

10.3 Circumvention of restrictions

You must not attempt to avoid account limitations by opening another account, using another person’s identity or employing software that conceals or misrepresents your location, identity or device.

Such conduct may result in the cancellation of winnings and further account restrictions.

10.4 Errors and software weaknesses

If you discover an error, incomplete function or software weakness, you must not use it for personal advantage.

You must report the issue promptly. Failure to do so may make you liable for costs, losses and damage connected with the error and its continued exploitation.

10.5 Funds paid by mistake

Any amount withdrawn despite not belonging to the account holder becomes a debt owed to the Company, without limiting any other legal remedy.

You must notify the Company through an available secure support channel within 24 hours after becoming aware of an incorrect credit.

10.6 Available sanctions

Where the Company reasonably believes that fraudulent, unauthorized, unfair or bad-faith activity has occurred or is likely to occur, it may apply one or more of the following measures:

  • Suspend or permanently restrict access to the Website, games, promotions, events or services.

  • Recover additional sums needed to compensate the Company for losses.
  • Void deposited funds where the user is responsible for losses suffered by the Company.

10.7 Notice of security measures

A user will ordinarily be informed when a restriction is applied or when information is requested as part of a security check.

The Company may withhold that information where disclosure could create a risk to its investigation, systems or operations.

In such circumstances, the Company may refuse to confirm or deny the existence of a restriction or ongoing review.

10.8 Measures during an investigation

While a review remains open, the Company may take any reasonable step needed to reduce potential risk, including restricting account functions and pausing payments.

10.9 Confidential investigation findings

The Company is not required to disclose detailed evidence, methods or findings produced during a security or fraud review.

10.10 Reporting unlawful conduct

Relevant information, including information identifying a user, may be shared with law-enforcement agencies, regulators and other competent authorities.

The Company may report suspected fraud or criminal conduct, and legal proceedings may be brought against any individual or organisation involved.

11. Complaints, claims and dispute resolution

11.1 Submitting a complaint

Users may submit a claim, complaint or dispute through the support channels available on the Website.

The request may be passed to the appropriate internal department for investigation. The Company will make reasonable efforts to review the matter and respond without unnecessary delay.

11.2 Arbitration and applicable procedure

Any dispute arising between the user and the Website, including disputes involving successors in title, this agreement, related agreements or connected actions, must be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao.

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Curaçao civil procedure rules.
